What can you expect when we work together to dial in your nutrition?
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I work on the basis that a diet based on whole properly prepared nutrient dense food is the key to vibrant health, happy moods and energy to live the life of your dreams.
You can expect to learn how to tailor your diet to your individual needs. How to implement new positive lifestyle changes that will support your health journey. We discuss your health concerns, go over your food journal and symptoms. We will look at your health priorities and set actionable short term goals and long terms goals that will get you to where you want to be with your health.
If you haven't noticed, I use the term "we" throughout here because reaching your health goals will take some work from both of us.
